What kind of support do you offer?
We offer email and internet forum support. We recommend to search the answer in the FAQ section first, if you do not find the answer here, contact us using the online forms. Subscription Payment Options
We offer a 10-day free trial for you to test out service and see if it’s right for you. You can cancel any time during your 10-day free trial and your credit card will not be charged.

If you would like to use the service, please fill in the order form within the 10-day free trial and choose Webity Standard or Webity E-shop service (fill in the order form if you want to post payments via your bank account, to pay with PayPal, read below)  .

You can also order the service on the START page in your website´ administration (if you want to pay with PayPal). You fill in the billing information, type and number of your credit card and pay directly for the service.

After accepting your payment, an automatic invoice will be sent to your e-mail. A list of your invoices is visible on the START page in your website´s administration and it can be easily printed anytime.
Is web hosting included with my website?
Yes. The price for includes everything: hosting, domain, email, business tools, shopping cart, support and more.
What are the features that are included with my Website?

Where can I see the invoices for the payments for my site?
Log into your website and click on "START". The list of invoices is on the left side. If there are any discrepancies or problems, please, contact us using contact form, include your invoice number and web address for our reference.
What do I do if I have been billed incorrectly?
If you believe we have incorrectly billed you, please submit a support ticket to us through our home page.
To submit a ticket via our home page, go to and click on "Contact" and then "Ask a Question." Make sure to include your web address and the invoice number. You can find the invoice number if you click on "START" -> "Invoices."on the left
How do I change my billing period?
To change your billing period (e.g. monthly to yearly), please just put in a request to our support team via your site. Click on "START" and then click on "Choose Charge Period." Then, submit your request.

How do I cancel my web site?
To cancel your site, please, contact us using the contact form. If you are a free trial site canceling, please note that trial sites are self-cancelling if the "Pay for Site" button in the editing toolbar is not clicked.

All expired/cancelled sites are held in our system for 15 days after the last active day, and can be retrieved for activation at any time during this period.
What other options do I have for paying for my site? Can I pay by money order?
We prefer credit card, but if this is not an option for you, you can pay by money order.

Please note that you must pay for one full year of service at a time when paying by money order.

When we receive the money order, it will be credited to your account. When the one year is almost up, we will contact you and send new invoice.
How is Data Transfer (Bandwidth) counted?
Every account comes with a specific limit for bandwidth usage. Bandwidth usage is reset on a monthly basis. Counted is the amount of data transferred while browsing on your website in a specific period (not data transferred in the website´s administration).

If at any time your bandwidth usage is exceeding your allotment, it is a good idea to try to determine what could be causing this problem and work on reducing your bandwidth usage. Text uses some bandwidth but multimedia files, such as mp3s or video files, would use more bandwidth.
What do I do if I exceed the monthly bandwidth? Will you deactivate my website?
We never cancel your website. If you exceed the bandwidth, we´ll contact you individually and suggest the charge for data extension in the next payment period.
